Delivery

GG Buildz deliveries out product orders every week on Sunday unless one of those days falls on a holiday. GG Buildz is unable to complete product orders for shipping to Post Office Boxes or locations outside out of delivery radius. Redemption of Free Product and Coupon Offers

GG Buildz occasionally provides customers with coupon codes, deals, and/or discounts (collectively referred to as "Offers"). These promotions may be announced by email, social media, or the website. Customers are urged to refrain from abusing any such Offers against GG Buildz  since they are to be used in combination with the website when placing orders for GG Buildz  items. If a customer makes an attempt to get more than one Offer in violation of the conditions of any such Offer, the entire order will be canceled. Any Offer may be redeemed by a Customer at GG Buildz  sole discretion.

GG Buildz Copyrights and Trademarks

GG Buildz is the owner of the copyrights and trademarks for GG Buildz and other designated media on our website, social media, or emails disseminated. Any use of copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, or other similar property that aims to damage a business' reputation or that could confuse customers is expressly forbidden. Any unauthorized use of the aforementioned copyrights and trademarks on goods unrelated to GG Buildz is explicitly forbidden. Our content is protected by US and international trademark and copyright laws, and we reserve all of the rights therein. Text, logos, icons, graphics, photos, video clips, and digital downloads are all included in this content.

Dispute Resolution

Any concerns with GG Buildz products or content may be discussed and potentially resolved to the Customer’s satisfaction by contacting our customer service department at gladys@ggbuildz.com.  Any matter not resolved above may be resolved by the institution of proceedings in the courts of Los Angeles, California.

By consenting to GG Buildz LLC SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages.
